Some configuration is required, please follow the instructions below:In Internet Explorer, you need to:
» Select the "File" menu, then "Page Setup"
» In the "Headers and Footers" section, remove any entries in the boxes
» In the "Orientation" section, select "Portrait"
» In the "Margins" section, set all margins to 0.5 (inches)
» Click "OK" to apply changes
