SOFTWARE USER AGREEMENT
INFORMATION PROTECTION AND NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
Radio maintenance software developed by Motorola engineers is a valuable asset that contributes to customer satisfaction, product success and future growth. Depot-level and lab-level maintenance tools are very powerful and, in the wrong hands, could be used to make unauthorized product upgrades or to give radio users unauthorized access to Motorola trunking systems. Therefore, we must take every reasonable precaution necessary to protect this valuable Intellectual Property and, as a result, Motorola's profitability. As an associate involved in the development of software listed below or having been issued a copy of the software listed below, I acknowledge and will comply with the following user responsibilities:
A. I agree to make no unauthorized copies of the software under any circumstances.
B. I agree not to allow use of the software by any other associate or outsiders, including clients, customers and others without specific authorization.
C. I agree to properly classify and protect this sensitive information according to the Motorola information security classifications standards (POPI).
D. I agree to physically secure the diskettes, or other removable storage media on which the software resides, to prevent unauthorized use or theft.
E. I agree to secure my computer devices, through the use of physical means and Motorola-furnished security software and/or devices, to prevent unauthorized access and theft.
F. I will not give a copy to anyone without first obtaining a signed Software User Agreement from that person.
This agreement includes all past, current and future versions of the following software:

b. Solution: Run “Solve_Error00” as shown below.
2.

b. Other possibility: You might get this error because your “UserCode” doesn’t match with “Activation code” and/or “Reset Code”.
c. Other possibility: Typing error while entering “Activation code” and/or “Reset Code”.
