Dynamic Network Access Code

A code generated by base radios that contains the System ID and the Access Code Index (ACI). This code ensures that radios or base stations transmit and receive DNAC signals that are different between each site and system. Using different DNACs allows a radio or base station to ignore signals from distant sites or from other systems.
