Dynamic Sub-Band Restriction

A channel utilization method, which determines the appropriate channel to use at an RF site when both 700 MHz and 800 MHz channel resources are available. D-SBR for channel utilization is based on the capabilities of the mobile/portable radios and can improve utilization of 700 MHz channel resources at an RF site providing both 700 MHz and 800 MHz channels.
