APCO Project 25

A suite of digital radio communication standards created by the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO). Project 25 brings together representatives of federal, state and local government agencies. These agencies and other user organizations evaluate basic technologies in advanced land mobile radio to find solutions that best serve the needs of the public safety marketplace.
