Network Time Protocol

A protocol designed to time synchronize devices on a network. Network Time Protocol (NTP) can be used to provide a time and date reference to all IP connected network elements (NTP clients) that support the NTP protocol. NTP can manage time and/or network clock synchronization in an access point-managed network environment.
