Line Operated Busy Light

A circuit that inhibits transmission by parallel consoles on a shared conventional radio resource. Parallel consoles interpret the LOBL signal as an indication that another console is transmitting on the resource and, as a result, do not allow simultaneous transmissions on the resource.
