Broadcast Data Messaging

The broadcast data messaging service follows a slightly different trigger for context activating broadcast data registrations. At system start-up, the Packet Data Gateway (PDG) completes context activation for each broadcast ID configured into it after having verified connectivity to the Gateway GPRS Support Node (GGSN).
