AllStart

A talkgroup setting that controls how a call grant is handled. AllStart requires that all affiliated talkgroup members, consoles, Archiving Interface Server (AIS), critical sites, and other required resources are available for a requested call before the call can begin. If some of the affiliated resources are not available, the system returns a busy signal to the initiating radio.
