A Failure is Indicated for a Base Radio in the BR List

If there is a failure indicated in the BR list after associating a base radio with a particular comparator, showing no response from the device, it indicates that the link to the MLC 8000 Subsite Link Converter with which the particular base radio is associated has failed. It is possible that the link failed between the MLC 8000 Configuration Tool and the MLC 8000 Subsite Link Converter, or it is possible that the MLC 8000 Subsite Link Converter went out of service. The association of the base radio with the MLC 8000 Analog Comparator reached the MLC 8000 Analog Comparator. However, the MLC 8000 Subsite Link Converter is not yet aware of the association. When the MLC 8000 Subsite Link Converter comes back up or is repaired, the MLC 8000 Analog Comparator sends the association information to the MLC 8000 Subsite Link Converter. There is nothing special that you must do as far as getting the association information to the MLC 8000 Subsite Link Converter.
