Try a hard reboot. Connect Plus users cannot have a list of contacts. Contacts for radio users are programmed into the radios, not on the WAVE 3000 Server. This message only occurs when the user attempts to access Contacts via a change in the address bar of the browser. The Radio System Adapter and the Broadband adapter IP addresses must be different. WAVE 3000 Server units require a unique IP address between the Radio System Adapter and the Broadband adapter in order to separate the radio system from the enterprise network. EID not found. Please check and try again. The License server does not have the specified EID. Ensure you are using a valid EID. Contact Support if you believe your EID is correct. Unable to remove the update file. Restart and try again. If you have uploaded an update to your WAVE 3000 Server and, and then press the Remove update file button to abort the update process, then this error message indicates that the update file is already in use by a process on the machine. Restart the WAVE 3000 Server. Unable to load the last update status. Indicate that an update may not have occurred. The update may be corrupt. The WAVE 3000 Server may or may not be functional. The WAVE 3000 Server will remain operation, but new EIDs cannot be added and CALs cannot be distributed until the update occurs. Warning: Levels above 5 will generate large logfiles and may slow performance. Logging above 5 consumes more CPU, RAM, and hard disk space. This will decrease the performance of the WAVE 3000 Server. Do not set logging level above 5 unless you are actively diagnosing an issue. Unable to load Usage and System Logs. Unable to load diagnostics logs When a WAVE 3000 Server unit is first installed, or when it is upgraded, there may be no logs present to download. Attempting to use the WAVE 3000 Server unit by logging in using a client and transmitting generates logs. Use the WAVE 3000 Server, then try to download the Usage logs.
