The Setup > Radio System Interface page configures the WAVE 3000 Server for connection to the Connect Plus radio system. This section identifies individual fields if network modification is required.If you intend to reconfigure the WAVE 3000 Server for use with a different radio system, then follow the setup instructions starting with: Specifying the Radio System Interface Talk Groups and Users will be deleted if you change the Radio System Interface.

XRT IP Address
Specifies the IP address of the XRT 9000/9100 module this WAVE 3000 Server uses to connect with radios. In the XRT 9000/9100, click Network > Settings and use the IP Address listed there to populate this field with the correct address. The default address is 192.168.0.1. Do not use an address range between 172.31.254.0 through 172.31.254.255. This address range is reserved for internal WAVE 3000 Server connections.

XRT Port Number
Specifies the Port of the XRT 9000/9100 module this WAVE 3000 Server uses to connect with radios. In the XRT 9000/9100, click Settings > Configuration and use the Client TCP port listed there to populate this field with the correct port. The default port is 10001. This port must be opened if a firewall exists between the WAVE 3000 Server and the XRT 9000/9100 Gateway.

XRT USER Name
Specifies the user name the WAVE 3000 Server uses to connect with the XRT 9000/9100. For instructions see Adding and Configuring the XRT 9000/9100 WAVE 3000 Server User

XRT USER Password

The Anonymous User field sets a Subscriber ID that is sent to the XRT 9000/9100 when any WAVE users without a Subscriber ID transmits. This ID represents anonymous WAVE users to the radio system. The ID you set here may be any number so long as it is unique across the radio system and WAVE.
