Deleting a Talk Group

Deleted Talk Groups no longer appear in the WAVE 3000 Server, but may still appear in Linked Capacity Plus. WAVE users cannot communicate over deleted Talk Groups.

Deleting a Talk Group

1.	Sign in to the WAVE 3000 Server, and then click the Talk Group tab. The Talk Groups page opens.

2.	Under the Name heading, click the name of the Talk Group to delete. The Talk Groups: Edit page opens.

3.	Click the Delete link.

4.	Click OK to verify the deletion. The Talk Groups page opens and the deleted Talk Group no longer appears.

Important:

The deleted Talk Group is still active in the WAVE 3000 Server until you commit the configuration change. Click Commit Changes when you are ready to activate the change.
