Configuring a WAVE 3000 Server for Local Area Networks

The WAVE 3000 Server can operate without connection to the internet. This section provides instructions for setting up a WAVE 3000 Server for local network operation only.

The WAVE 3000 Server connects with the licensing server through port 80. If this port is blocked, the WAVE 3000 Server cannot add EIDs or distribute CALs.

The WAVE 3000 Server connects with broadband clients through the WAVE Client Connect Port specified in the Setup > WAVE Mobile Communicator page.
