Saving a Subsite List to a File

Prerequisites:

The MLC 8000 Configuration Tool is operational. See procedure Opening the MLC 8000 Configuration Tool.
There is a subsite list defined to save to a file.

When and where to use:

Use this procedure to save a subsite list to a file. Each conventional channel cluster is assigned its own subsite list, so this procedure is useful in saving a subsite list, that you may later want to use for another channel cluster, to a file.

Procedure:

From the MLC 8000 Configuration Tool, select Channel Cluster → Subsite List.
The Subsite List window opens and a subsite list appears.
If you must make changes, you can modify the subsite list. See procedure Modifying the Conventional Channel Cluster Subsite List.
Click Save to File.
The system provides a dialog box asking for the file name, file type, and the directory in which to save the file.
Enter the file name, type, and directory path and click Save.
The subsite information is saved to the file specified.
