Removing a Base Radio Port from the Channel Cluster Tree

Prerequisites:

When and where to use:

Use this procedure to remove a base radio port from the channel cluster tree.

Procedure:

  1. If the base radio port you want to remove from the channel cluster tree is currently assigned to an MLC 8000 Analog Comparator, follow the steps in procedure Removing a Base Radio Port from an MLC 8000 Analog Comparator.
    The base radio port is no longer associated with an MLC 8000 Analog Comparator and appears in the unassigned BRs list.
  2. Right-click the base radio port you want to remove from the list of unassigned BRs and select Remove Device.
    A message asking for confirmation appears.
  3. Click Yes.
    The system removes the device and it no longer appears under the channel cluster tree.
