Configuring an MLC 8000 Analog Comparator for Mixed Mode IP Simulcast Systems

The MLC8000 Implementation for an ASTRO^® 25 Conventional Mixed-Mode Simulcast Voting Subsystem is divided into two separate and independent setups for Analog-Only and Digital-Only.

Procedure:

1. For an Analog-Only IP Simulcast, see the following:

   • Configuring an MLC 8000 Subsite Link Converter for an IP Simulcast System. Follow the Analog system instructions, if there are any
2. For an Digital-Only IP Simulcast, see the following:
   • Adding a Digital Comparator to a Conventional Channel Cluster.
   • Configuring an MLC 8000 Subsite Link Converter for an IP Simulcast System. Follow the digital system instructions, if there are any.
